SEATTLE — A 35-year-old man is being held on $5 million bail, suspected of shooting and killing his sleeping 9-month-old baby and shooting at two others.
Seattle police responded to the shooting scene on the 3000 block of 21st Ave W in the Magnolia neighborhood Wednesday night at around 6:30 p.m.
Officers arrived to find a woman who told them her child was dead after being shot in the head. Seattle police initially detained two people in relation to the fatal shooting, but through their investigation only placed one person under arrest, the child's 35-year old father.
Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Authorities have identified the man gunned down Monday afternoon in the Moxham section of Johnstown.
In a press conference Wednesday morning at the Cambria County Coroner’s office, officials identified the victim as 41-year-old Marvin Price, of Johnstown.
Authorities say Price was shot and killed in a vehicle on the 600 block of Park Ave. around 2 p.m.
The shooting happened near Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church and the school there was placed on lockdown as police responded.
NEW YORK (AP) — The jury in former President Donald Trump’s hush money trial was excused Wednesday afternoon, ending its first day of deliberations.
The jurors deliberated for four-and-a-half hours and will be back Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
Then, Judge Juan M. Merchan will summon them to return to the courtroom when transcript pages are ready to be reread aloud for them.
The jurors already sent two notes with requests to the judge.
PUNXSUTAWNEY - State police in Punxsutawney said they are looking for man who is wanted on several charges, including drug delivery resulting in death.
According to state police, they are looking for Ryan Saline, 32, of Treasure Lake Road in DuBois.
Saline is described as standing 6 feet tall and weighing 210 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.
According to court documents, on August 31, 2017 police were called to a home on Route 322 just outside of Punxsutawney for a deceased 29-year-old man later identified as Michael Sarvey.

Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — State police in Cambria County have filed charges against a Portage woman following an investigation into accusations that she sexually assaulted two teenage girls at a party last summer.
Troopers say Christina Aponte, now age 32, is also accused of proving alcohol and marijuana to the teens prior to the alleged assault.
According to the affidavit, both victims reportedly told troopers that Aponte followed them into the bathroom where she then began removing their clothing and performing sexual acts on them.
UPDATE |Somerset Co., PA (WJAC) — Somerset County coroner Cullen Swank has identified the victim of Tuesday's fatal crash in Jefferson Township.
Officials say 20-year-old Kaitlynn Beatty, of Irwin, Pa, was pronounced dead at the scene of a three-vehicle crash just before 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say the crash occurred just after 7 a.m. in the area of Glades Pike and Tree Army Road.
Swank says Beatty died from blunt force trauma to the chest.
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A man involved in a fight at a Philadelphia train station was killed when he fell onto the tracks and was struck by a train, authorities said.
The fight at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority station occurred around 4:30 p.m. Thursday when Chaz Wearing, 40, and another man began arguing. The dispute soon turned physical and Wearing punched the other man twice, city police said.
The man - whose name has not been released - ended up on the tracks below the platform and was struck seconds later by an incoming SEPTA train.
